The Names of Animals and their Youngs
The Earth has many different environments with varying climatic conditions populated by animals of different sizes, shapes and forms that live and create their own complex communities. However, in order for them to carry on their existence they all have to reproduce. This is one of the most characteristic features of all living things. By being able to reproduce, animals, as well as, all other living organisms can be sure that there is another individual of its own kind to take its place when it dies. This guarantees that all living organisms, ensure the survival of their specie, through the reproduction of their offspring. Without reproduction, life would not exist and all animals would vanish for good from the face of Earth therefore, becoming extinct. Thus, all animals have offspring which over time grow up to become adult animals. Now, most animals are known by their adult name so this weeks article will be looking on some common adult animal names and their respective young ones or offspring. You will definitely learn a few today.Animal Adult Name Animal Baby /Juvenile Name

Sam:
Thank you very much for such warm compliment :) It is greatly appreciated. You yourself also have a wonderful site which I read from time to time.
Thanks also for the comment and for stopping by :)
Amstaffie:
Well, that pronunciation sound fair enough :) I’m not so sure of the pronunciation myself, it could be “efeena“ or “efina”.
Hello sam...i'm from malaysia. i'm a primary school teacher teaching english as a second language. i am currently teaching the topic animals and their youngs, and i got stuck on rabbit. I found out from one book that it is 'rack'. Problem is, when i look it up in the dictionary, none of the definitions for 'rack' specifies that it is actually the young of a rabbit. Then i found ur site. You list down 'bunny, kit'. Hmmm...they are not in the dictionary either. What do u think?
thanks! it's very helpful
