A motto is a phrase or a brief statement used to express a guiding principle, goal, or idea. Many countries around the world, businesses, universities, and other institutions all have their own mottos. The United States has fifty states that reaches out to include Alaska and Hawaii, the last two states to join the Union. Each state has its own motto along with its flag, bird, flower, song etc. However, in this week's article we will be looking at all mottos of the United States.

Those are some pretty cool mottos. I like NC's, but maybe I'm a little partial.
